For more than forty years, Memorial Community Hospital has
been delivering quality healthcare services to the residents of Burt and
Washington counties. In part, we have been able to do so through the generous
financial support of the communities we serve. In an effort to better serve our
communities we created the MCH Foundation. The foundation will serve as
administrator of all charitable contributions received in support of Memorial
Community Hospital. Gifts may include cash, bequests, gifts of property or real
estate, stocks and bonds, deferred gifts, gifts-in-kind, gifts in tribute and
others. With your continued support, we look forward to "supporting a
lifetime of healthcare."
Our Mission Is … to raise charitable gifts and bequests from the general
public including, but not limited to, individuals, businesses, corporations, and
foundations to further the mission of Memorial Community Hospital.
Memorial Community Hospital and MCH Foundation are both 501(c)(3)
organizations. Contributions are tax-deductible. For further information contact
