Agape
After School…. “Agape”
After School is for Elementary age children and is held on the fourth Wednesday
of the month. Children are invited to come to the Fellowship Hall at Fort
Calhoun Presbyterian Church after school. When they arrive they will be given a
snack and then will spend time in three different areas. They will have: “Family Time” - Homework, quiet reading, story time, board games,
etc... “Game
Time” - They will play various games to promote teamwork and community. “Growth
Time” - They will participate in an interactive Bible Study and work on
developing positive characteristics. Parent will be responsible for getting their
children to the church. However, if your child needs a ride please let us know
and we will try to find a carpool for them. A signed permission form will be
required to attend this event. Forms can be picked up at the church. If you have

Agape
Dinner Hour:
We know
that Wednesday’s can be very busy for families as they get home from work and
try to get the kids fed and to church activities. Therefore, we offer a dinner
after Agape After School from 5:30 - 6:30. The only requirement is that you sign
up ahead of time so that we know how many people to cook for. There will be a
small fee of $2.00 per person or max $10.00 per family to offset the cost of
food. This
dinner is open to everyone. If
your child attends “Agape” After School and you can’t make it to the
dinner the kids are welcome to stay on their own.
Please be sure to sign up on the “Agape” permission form or on the
sign-up sheet at church. Questions???
