Detail of Terms of Agreement for Baseball / Softball Concession Stand Lease Proposals  

1. Lease will be for operation of concession stand for the 2008 
   baseball/softball season.  Approximate dates: April 1 through August 30.
   

2. Lessee must carry own liability insurance.
   

3. A $250.00 damage and cleanup deposit will be required.
   

4. The city will consider proposals of:

A.)              A set fee for the season.

5. ALL SEALED PROPOSALS must be in the city clerk’s office by deadline 
   date and time.  All proposals will be opened at the same hour at a special 
   Park Board Meeting.
6. Complete daily records MUST be kept if the stand is leased on a 
   percentage basis.
7. The city will furnish electricity and water for the stand.
8. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES may be sold.
9. Lessee will furnish all equipment and food supplies.
10. A season schedule will be given to lessee. Concession stand must be 
    open on all days and hour’s games are being played, and remain open 
    until after the last game has been played.
11. An ADULT must be present and IN the Stand at all times it is open.
12. Lessee is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in and 
    around the area of the stand.  Trash and garbage must be removed from 
    the stand area after each days use.
