SITE PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION

City of Fort Calhoun Comprehensive Land Use Plan , Zoning Chapter, Article 12, 12-2(d) Application  Requirements:  
An application for a Site Plan Review may be filed by the owner(s) of property or the  owner’s authorized agent with the 
Planning Commission.  The application must be filed, and all  plans must be submitted, at least seven (7) days prior 
to the scheduled meeting of the Planning  Commission at which the application is to be heard.

This application must include a Site Plan, drawn to scale sufficient to permit adequate  review and 
dimensioned as necessary, showing the following:           

·         The date, scale, north point, title, name of owner, and name of person  preparing the 
site plan.

·         The location, size and use of proposed and existing structures on the site.

·         The location of all proposed site improvements, including parking and  loading 
areas, pedestrian and vehicular access, sewers, sidewalks, utilities,  service areas, 
fencing, screening, landscaping and lighting.

·         Location of any major site feature, including drainage and contours at no greater 
than five foot intervals.

·         Any other information that may be required for review by the Planning  Commission.
