It
is important that the password you select not be easily guessed or discovered by
trial and error.
The most secure type of password consists of a random sequence
of upper and lower case letters and digits, but because this type of password is
hard to remember and usually difficult to type we don't recommend that you take
security to these lengths.
Good
Ideas for Password
A
password consisting of two randomly selected lower case words separated by a
punctuation mark is usually secure enough. Numbers are also very useful and
appropriate. Your primary consideration when choosing a password should be that
it be easy to type, since you may be typing it often. An easy-to-type password
can also be typed faster, reducing the chance that someone looking over your
shoulder will be able to determine the password by watching your fingers.
