Tips for keeping your kids safe on the internet:

• Keep the computer in a visible area, so you can monitor what your kids are doing while online.

• Use some type of content filtering software like Net Nanny.

• Set rules about chat room or chat program use.

• Inform your kids about the dangers of providing information to strangers on the internet

• Tell your children to never agree to meet someone they met over the Internet unless you agree to it in advance.
