Accessing
the Message Center
You
can access the Message Center through the WebMail
console. At the login, enter your complete email address (username@huntel.net)
and password and click the Log On button. Once
you are logged into WebMail, click the E-Shield link on the left.
This will take you to the Message Center. You can view any quarantined
message by clicking on its subject. Select the messages you would like
to keep and click Deliver or select the messages you would like
to delete and click Remove.
Adjusting
Filter Settings
After
logging in to the Message Center, click on the Junk Email
Settings link at the top to customize how your mail is filtered.
Adjust the filter sensitivity for various categories including Bulk
Email, Sexually Explicit, Get Rich Quick, Special
Offers and Racially Insensitive. Setting
all categories to the most aggressive setting will be the most effective. Be
sure to click Save Changes after adjusting the settings.
Maintaining
Sender Lists
Adding
an email address to the Approved Senders
list will allow email from that address to bypass the junk email
filters. If you notice an email address that continues to get past the
filter, you can add it to the Blocked Senders
list to stop it.
