To view an online report of your dial-up
Internet usage, use the form above. Log
files are processed files daily, Monday
through Friday. The report you receive
will only include data from the log
files we've processed. If data from the
previous day's online use does not
appear on your report then we have yet
to process the files from that day. If
you have multiple accounts that are
aggregated onto a single bill (guest
accounts) you must run this report for
each account to get an accurate listing
of the total usage which will appear on
your bill.
The
billing period runs from midnight (00:00:00) on the 11th of each month
until 23:59:59 on the 10th of the following month. All times are recorded in 24-hour
format (military time).

To run the report, enter your login name and password in the fields provided. Your
login name is the first part of your email address. For example, if your email
address is "jdoe@BBNebraska.net" then your login name would be "jdoe".
You may manually enter a Start/End date and time to
generate a report for a specific period or you may click the "Previous Month" or
"Current Month" to automatically fill in the data for the desired billing
period.
