Technical Support
Normal business hours for Technical support are from 7:00
a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (CST), Monday-Friday. Between 5:00 p. m. and 10:00 p.m.
(CST) the office is closed but a technician is available for
calls and to work on customer computers. If the Technical
Support Staff are helping other customers, you will have to
leave a message with an operator. Please be prepared to leave
a message with your name, phone number, username and a brief
description of the problem. On weekends from 8:00 a.m. to
10:00 p.m. (CST) you will need to leave a message and a
technician will return your call as soon as possible.
Customer Service
Our Customer Service Center
will be happy to assist you with questions about your
billing, your account status or other questions about your
Internet service that are non-technical. You can reach the
Customer Service Center at 402.426.6200 or 888.262.2661 from
7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central time Monday through Friday.
