HunTel.net recently introduced a new feature to
enhance the level of service we offer to our customers. On-line
technical support, or “chat”, is now available to assist customers
who need help with Internet related problems. This service allows
customers and our technical support staff to send and receive text
messages to each other instantly.
On-line chat’s biggest advantage is that customers don’t have to
call HunTel.net’s technical support line to have almost instant
access to a technician. The service is particularly useful for
dial-up customers. If dial-up customers can get on-line, technicians
can use the new chat service to help them solve e-mail and web site
related issues without disconnecting and waiting for a phone call.
Like our e-mail and telephone-based technical support, on-line chat
is free for all HunTel.net customers. The service is available from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. To use the service, simply
visit our homepage at
www.HunTel.net and look for the box titled “HunTel.net’s Tech
Support is On-line.” During the hours that chat is not available,
customers can leave a message and a technician will contact them
when chat hours begin.
