HunTel.net’s home page (www.HunTel.net) offers a wide range of advice and information for our customers. One of the lesser known portions of our web site is our software downloads section. This web page displays a variety of software that can be downloaded free of charge by HunTel.net customers. This software download section offers everything from web browsers to anti-virus programs.

To find HunTel.net's download section, go to www.HunTel.net and click on the header titled “Customer Tools.” Next, click on the “Download Software” link. At this point you’ll be prompted to log-in using your HunTel.net username and password. Once this information is entered, the list of software that you can download will appear.

The downloads page is categorized into six different sections. There are several downloadable programs under each section. For example, if you need to upgrade your web browser, the latest browsers from Microsoft, Netscape, and Mozilla are available. The latest versions of these companies' e-mail programs are also on the site.

Other programs available include the free versions of Lavasoft's Ad Aware and Grisoft's AVG anti-virus program. These programs provide protection against spyware and computer viruses respectively.
