1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons soy margarine, softened
4 cups flour
3 tablespoons dry rice milk powder
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the basic white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on a wire rack. Makes a two pound loaf.
