Topping: 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/4 cup cold margarine Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
In a small mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugar and salt until crumbly. Add Ener-G Egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour and baking powder; add to margarine mixture. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
For topping, in a small bowl combine the sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center tests done. Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes. Serve warm if desired. Makes 9 servings.
