1 cup water
1/2 cup soy milk
1/4 cup molasses
3 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups unbleached white flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 3/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Add ingredients to loaf pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select loaf size setting and follow proper loaf size ingredient measure. Check at signal to see if additional flour is necessary for dough consistency. Makes a 2-pound loaf.
