1/13 cups water 3 tablespoons soy margarine, softened 4 cups flour 2 tablespoons dry soy or rice milk powder 1 envelope (0.07 ounce) dry Italian dressing mix 1/4 cup sucanat 1 3/4 teaspoons salt 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Add all ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. If using the delay cycle, select medium or light crust color. If not using delay cycle, use the basic/white cycle. Cool on a wire rack. Makes a two pound loaf (16 slices).
