Dilled Brown Rice Bread

1 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 ¼ cups unbleached white flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup gluten flour
¾ cup cooked (cooled) brown rice
1 tablespoon fresh OR ¾ teaspoon dried dill weed
3 tablespoons rice or soy milk powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoons bread machine yeast

Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the Basic White or Whole Wheat cycle. Select either the medium or light crust color. When done, remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Makes one 12-slice (1 ½-pound) loaf.
