Easy Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls (Bread Machine)

2/3 cup water
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 cups flour
1/2 cup soy sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Filling (recipe follows)
Vanilla Glaze (recipe follows)

Place all ingredients except filling and vanilla glaze in pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the dough cycle; do not use the delay.

Grease a square pan ~9x9-inches. Prepare filling. Remove dough from bread machine, using lightly floured hands. Flatten dough into a 9-inch square on a lightly floured surface. Spread margarine over dough; sprinkle with filling. Roll up tightly; pinch edges of dough to seal. Cut into 9 slices and place in pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Dough is ready when an indentation remains when touched.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to a wire rack and drizzle with glaze while warm. Serve warm.

Filling

Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.

Vanilla Glaze

Mix 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 3-4 teaspoons soy milk until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
