Easy Sourdough Rye Bread

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
2 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
2/3 cup vegan sour cream
3 cups flour
1 cup medium rye flour
2 tablespoons sucanat
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use the delay cycle. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Makes a two pound loaf (16 slices).
