Good Morning Granola Bread

1 1/3 cups water
3 tablespoons margarine
2/3 cup granola
2 2/3 cups flour
1 1/3 cups wheat flour (or more regular flour)
2 tablespoons soy or rice milk powder
¼ cup Splenda or sugar
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the delay cycle*. Use medium or light crust colour. Remove from pan when done and cool on a wire rack. Makes one 2-pound, 16 slice loaf.

*If not using delay cycle, use softened margarine.
