Mediterranean Herbed Bread (Bread Machine)

1 cup plus 3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon margarine
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon dry soy or rice milk powder
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon basil (1 1/2 teaspoons fresh)
3/4 teaspoon oregano (1 1/2 teaspoons fresh)
3/4 teaspoon thyme (1 1/2 teaspoons fresh)
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in pan in order recommended by manufacturer. Select the Basic/White cycle and use medium or light crust color. Cool loaf on a wire rack. Makes a 2-pound (16 slice) loaf.
