1 1/2 cups plus 1 tablespoon water 2 tablespoons margarine, melted 4 cups bread flour 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons dry soy or rice milk powder 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in pan in order recommended by manufacturer. Select the basic cycle and medium crust color. Makes a two pound loaf.
