1/2 cup plain soy yogurt 1/2 cup peanut butter, room temperature 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips, preferrably mini chips Apple wedges or pretzels
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Serve with apples and pretzels. Makes one cup.
Peanut Butter Dip
3 ounces soy cream cheeze, softened 1/3 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter 1 dash cinnamon ¼ cup chocolate syrup 2 tablespoons soy milk
Combine cream cheeze and peanut butter and beat until smooth. Beat in cinnamon, chocolate syrup and soy milk to desired consistency. Very good with pretzels!
