Bread Machine Pizza Crust

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar or Splenda
1 teaspoon salt
2 ½ teaspoons bread machine yeast

shredded soy cheeze
tomato sauce
assorted diced vegetables, stir fried if desired

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the dough cycle; do not use delay cycle.

Grease a 15x10x1-inch cookie sheet with cooking spray or olive or vegetable oil. Place dough in pan, cover and let rest 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. With lightly oiled fingers, press dough in the bottom and up sides of cookie sheet; mist dough with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil. Sprinkle dough with about 1 cup of shredded soy cheeze and cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with veggies and sprinkle with additional shredded soy cheeze.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until crust is browned; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
