Potato-Rosemary Bread

1 2/3 cups water
2 tablespoons softened margarine
4 cups flour
2/3 cup dry mashed potato flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons crumbled rosemary OR 1 tablespoon crushed
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Measure all ingredients into pan of bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Use medium or light crust colour. Remove bread from pan and cool on a wire rack.
