Thai Peanut Stir-Fry Sauce

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons tamari
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon red pepper, or to taste

Combine all ingredients and add to steamed vegetables. Heat through.
