1 1/8 cups water 3 cups whole wheat bread flour minus 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons gluten flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 4 tablespoons melted soy margarine 2 tablespoons sugar (sucanat works well) 1/4 cup instant potatoe flakes 2 teaspoons yeast
Leave all ingredients sit out until they are at room temperature, including yeast. Place ingredients in machine in the order specified by your instruction manual. Use the light crust setting, not the whole wheat setting. This bread is light and will be hard to slice while still hot.
