Three National Documents have been created that include math and/ or science standards.
Each uses different categories to organize what they believe students should know to be literate.
To compare them I have identified four common domains that can be identified in all disciplines or subject areas to use to make comparisons.
Those categories are : process/inquiry, attitude/disposition, perspectives, and content/subject knowledge. (Discussion on the categories.) The folowing documents contain charts for comparison:

Mathematics NCTM Standards
Science NSTA Standards
Project 2061
Science NSTA Standards, Project 2061, and NE Science Standards G-8
